Venti's Plan

Talk to Venti

First things first, head over to Venti. You'll find him chilling outside the Cathedral in Mondstadt. Have a chat with him, and you'll trigger a scene. Paimon will ask about the Holy Lyre der Himmel, and Venti will explain it's a super important heirloom that Barbatos, the Anemo God, used to play. He thinks it's the key to bringing Stormterror back to his senses. Paimon will then wonder how we're supposed to get it, and Venti mentions that rumors say it's kept deep inside the Cathedral. He invites you to join him in checking it out.

Go to Venti

Now, head inside the Cathedral and make your way to the front. You'll see Venti there, so go ahead and talk to him again to kick off another scene. He'll tell you to leave the lyre situation to him and then approaches Gotelinde, one of the sisters. He straight-up asks if he can borrow the Holy Lyre. Gotelinde isn't having it and tells you both to leave. She feels a bit bad about rejecting Venti, so he decides to drop the bombshell: he reveals he's Barbatos, the god of Anemo. Unfortunately, she's not impressed and tells him she's got work to do.

Talk to Venti

After that little chat, speak to Venti again. You'll get another brief scene where he lets you know he learned what he needed to: the lyre is indeed in the Cathedral. Now, he wants you to try your luck talking to Gotelinde.

Talk to the nun

Make your way over to Gotelinde and strike up a conversation. You'll need to tell her that you need to borrow the Holy Lyre on behalf of the Acting Grand Master. She'll hit you with the requirements: you'll need signed documents from the Grand Master, the Seneschal, and the Community Representative to even get close to it. When she asks to see the documents, you won't have any, and she'll just say she's got work to do. Once this scene wraps up, the quest will be complete!
