Treacherous Thermadon

Unlock the Hangout Event: Go to the Quest menu, then Story sub-menu, navigate to the second page, select Bennett, and confirm the unlock for "Fantastic Voyage" using two Story Keys.

Start the Event: Teleport to the Temple of the Wolf Domain, interact with the ruin labeled "Deserted Ruins of Thermadon," and enter.

First Scene: Talk to Bennett, who activates a mechanism to open a door ahead, locking the one behind you.

Proceed Onward: Follow Bennett upstairs to a large room with four devices and Royce.

Dialogue with Royce: Talk to Royce. After some dialogue, you'll be presented with a choice regarding Bennett's cooked dish.

Choice 1: “You cooked it, you can do whatever you want with it.” This leads to Path 1.

Choice 2: “No way. You don’t owe him anything.” This leads to Path 2.

Path 1 - Taste Tester Royce: Bennett gives Royce the Ominous Dish. Royce eats it, experiences discomfort, and collapses. This concludes the quest with Ending 3.

Path 2 - Ready to Make Sacrifices: Convince Bennett to keep his supplies. Investigate the vicinity and activate all mechanisms, which appear broken. Bennett prepares to eat a dish to pass out and take his bad luck with him. You try to dissuade him, but he eats it and passes out. This concludes the quest with Ending 4.
