Complete the Chronic Illness quest in genshin impact. Learn about Collei's Eleazar disease and collect Lunar Lotus with Tighnari.
Walkthrough
- 1Make your way to Collei's house to check on her. You will find Tighnari waiting outside. A cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically) will play where Tighnari explains that Collei has over-exerted herself and needs rest, and her illness is not due to anything that happened yesterday.
- 2Follow Tighnari west of Collei's house for another scene. He will explain that Collei has been afflicted with Eleazar, a disease unique to Sumeru characterized by hardened scales on the body. Early symptoms include mild numbness, progressing to fatigue and peripheral paresthesia, and eventually immobility.
- 3Tighnari will mention that Collei's mother sent her to the Fatui in hopes of a cure, where she was treated by a Fatui Harbinger known as “The Doctor”. She was relatively stable with the Fatui, but the experience left her with deep scars and a fear of being touched.
- 4Tighnari needs to procure ingredients for Collei's medicine, specifically the Lunar Lotus, which helps with energy recovery. You offer to help, and he agrees, emphasizing the need for care and following instructions.
- 5Follow the stream northwest from your current location. You may encounter Floating Hydro Fungus enemies. These are Hydro enemies vulnerable to Cryo. Using Pyro or Electro can change their state, enhancing their attacks.
- 6Continue following the stream northwest until you see waterfalls. The objective will be to the left. Head there for a scene where Tighnari suggests gathering at least four Lunar Lotuses found in the area.
- 7Collect Fresh Nilotpala Lotuses nearby.
Tips
- Floating Hydro Fungus attacks include Bubble Shot (deals Hydro damage, can trap you) and Headbutt (deals Hydro damage). Their attacks can be enhanced with Electro or Pyro.
- Cryo is the most effective element against Floating Hydro Fungus as it can freeze them.
- The Lunar Lotus is found near waterfalls and streams.
