First things first, head over to Wangshu Inn and chat with Smiley Yanxiao. He'll be there between 19:00 and 23:00 in-game time. After you've talked, drop down to the area below the inn.

You'll need to serve some Mushroom Skewers to two folks named Holderlin and Caspar. Just find them and hand over the skewers!

After that, head back up to Smiley Yanxiao. He'll ask you to prepare 'Vegetarian Abalone'. Then, it's time for a quick trip to Stone Gate. Fast travel there and deliver Almond Tofu to Aunt Qiao.

Once you've given the Almond Tofu to Aunt Qiao, glide down to the area just behind her. You'll find Zhuyu there, waiting for his Golden Shrimp Balls.

After delivering the food to Zhuyu, make your way back to Smiley Yanxiao. He'll need you to gather some ingredients: Almond, Tofu, and Rice. You can buy these directly from Dongsheng in Liyue.

With the ingredients in hand, return to Smiley Yanxiao. He'll then ask you to give him a Xiao Lantern.

Finally, you'll need to give another Xiao Lantern to Jiangxue. To find her, glide to the island located to the east of Wangshu Inn.

Remember that Smiley Yanxiao is only available between 19:00 and 23:00 in-game time for the initial conversation.
Make sure you have the required dishes prepared or ingredients to purchase before heading out to serve your guests.
