Seek Lan’s Advice: Go to the Adventurer’s Guild in Liyue Harbor and speak with Lan. She will direct you to another person to seek advice from.

Seek Qiming’s Advice: Head east past the Adventurer’s Guild and then drop down to find Qiming, the fortune teller, standing near a statue. She will provide your next lead.

Seek Ying’er’s Advice: Find Ying’er north of the Adventurer’s Guild, outside her house. After agreeing to help, go to the Wanmin Restaurant, speak with Ying’er, fetch water from the back, and return to her. Use the nearby Alchemy bench to craft Fate’s Yearning Essential Oil, Valley Weaver Essential Oil, and Golden House Maiden Essential Oil. Return to Ying’er one last time.

Offer Perfumes to the Statue of The Seven: Warp to the Statue of The Seven north of Liyue Harbor. Speak with Zhongli, who is waiting there, to trigger cutscenes and complete the quest.
