When the Wind Dies Down

Talk to Amber: You'll start this quest automatically the day after dealing with Dvalin's torment. Amber will be super happy to see you and chat about how she was keeping Mondstadt safe while you were busy. She'll mention that the monsters attacking the city were a bit too organized for normal Hilichurls, hinting that the Abyss Order was probably pulling the strings.

Chat to the locals (Cyrus): Head into Mondstadt. Just past the entrance, you'll find Cyrus by the stairs. He's a bit bummed to hear that the Stormterror threat is already over.

Chat to the locals (Nimrod): Go a little further into the city, and you'll spot Nimrod to your right. He's relieved the danger has passed and is hoping the trade routes will open up again soon.

Chat to the locals (Grace): Grace is waiting for you opposite Nimrod. She'll thank you and the Knights for all the effort in stopping Stormterror.

Optional objective: If you want some extra rewards, you can destroy the thirteen barricades scattered around the city. You'll also need to speak to Otto for this. The rewards include 10,125 Mora and 342 other rewards.

Go to the Good Hunter: Once you're done chatting with everyone, make your way to the Good Hunter restaurant. You'll trigger a scene where Kaeya praises you. He's there to process everything and mentions that it doesn't quite add up – the Abyss Order sending only a few Hilichurls when Mondstadt was vulnerable? He also reveals that he saw shadowy figures during the attack and managed to gather intel: the Abyss Order is led by someone they call 'The Prince/Princess.' He dips out as Amber approaches.

Take a seat by Amber: Find Amber and join her. She'll ask about your plans now that Stormterror is no longer a threat. Paimon will mention you're thinking of leaving Mondstadt to search for your sibling, as there might be clues elsewhere. You'll share a meal with Amber, which concludes the quest, and the next one begins right away.
