Alright, so you've made it to the longhouse in East Anglia, and you'll immediately hear Holger and Rowan going at it in front of Randvi. Just walk up to Randvi to kick off the quest 'Mane and Tail'.

Randvi's going to ask you to step in and sort out this argument. Dag might get a bit annoyed, but he'll eventually wander off. Basically, Rowan's pretty ticked because Holger has a habit of borrowing tools without asking, and this time he went too far. He used the tail hair from Rowan's best horse to make a paintbrush, and Rowan wants compensation. Holger, on the other hand, thinks his artistic endeavors justify his actions.

You'll need to hear both sides of the story from Rowan and Holger before you make your call. Honestly, it doesn't really matter who you side with – just pick the one that feels right to you. There are no major consequences either way. Stick around after the quest wraps up for a quick chat between Rowan and Holger!

After you're done with this whole Holger and Rowan situation, go chat with Randvi again behind the throne to wrap up the quest. She'll then let you know that Svend has passed away peacefully in his sleep and suggest you check on Tove. This will then lead you into the next short settlement quest, 'Carrying the Torch'.
