The Alliance Map

Alright, so you've just met Randvi, and she's going to show you something super important: the Alliance Map. Think of this as your big-picture planner for England. It lets you scope out different regions and decide who you want to buddy up with. Right now, you've got two main choices: Ledecestrescire or Grantebridgescire. Don't stress too much about picking the 'wrong' one, because you'll eventually tackle both and they kick off different questlines. For this guide, we're going to start with Ledecestrescire, which will lead you into the 'The Sons of Ragnar' quest. Just chat with Randvi, and she'll get you sorted with the map.

While you're chatting with Randvi, she's also going to give you a nudge to build the Hidden Ones Bureau back at your settlement. Seriously, do this as soon as you can. It's key for tracking down those sneaky Order of the Ancients folks and unlocks a whole new set of quests. It's not strictly required *right now*, but it's a really good idea. To build it, you'll need 400 Supplies and 30 Raw Materials. If you're short, keep an eye out for treasure chests, especially in bigger places like monasteries – they usually have the best loot.

Once the Bureau is built, Hytham will be super grateful and will teach you a new skill: the Leap of Faith. Follow him south across the river and up the hill. When you get to the cliff edge, just do your signature dive! After that, follow Hytham back to the settlement. He'll then fill you in on how to start hunting down those Order of the Ancients members. It's a pretty cool system, so pay attention!
