Mucel, Heir to What He Tells

Alright, let's track down Mucel, also known as The Lathe. He's one of those Wardens of Wealth in the Order of the Ancients, and finding him involves a bit of detective work. Don't worry, it's pretty straightforward once you know where to look.

First, you need to get a couple of clues. You can get the first clue by either defeating Horsa or by finding it in Leah Villa Garrison. The clue you'll get points you towards a dice champion in Buckingham’s Inn, located in northern Oxenefordscire. Go there and beat him at the dice game – it’s a good way to earn some silver and progress the hunt.

Once you've won the dice game, you'll get your second clue. This one tells you to investigate a sealed chamber. You'll find this chamber in Eatun Barn, which is east of Oxeneforda, also in Oxenefordscire. Head over there and search the caves behind Eatun Farm; the clue you need is hidden within.

With that clue in hand, you'll finally know who The Lathe is! Now, for his actual location: Mucel the Lathe hangs out on the banks of the river in Buckingham. He’s just south of the main Buckingham marker on your map. Go ahead and mark him on your map so you can easily find him.
