    Head to the southern side of the house located in the northwest of Wincestre.

    Look for a window barricaded with weak wooden planks. Break these planks with a melee or ranged weapon.

    Enter the house and speak to the Jeweller.

    The Jeweller will state that he is owed double the original asking price and that Aelfred will get the jewel when he pays up.
