Walkthrough

    Near the camp, use your raven to scout. Speak with Faravid in the camp to trigger a cutscene. Dialogue choices do not matter.

    Follow Faravid northwest to attack Picts. You can use stealth and Odin's Sight to ambush them.

    After defeating the Picts, return to Faravid. He will lead you to Wiccan's Cave.

    Speak with Faravid outside the cave to plan. Eivor enters the cave while Faravid's warriors flank.

    To enter the cave, climb the east wall and follow it north.

    In the first chamber with a tree, climb the south wall (or the tree) and follow the path east.

    Continue northeast through the cave. You'll encounter two Picts; defeat them and loot the treasure chest.

    Exit the cave north. After a cutscene with Faravid, chase the Picts further north. Shoot them to stop them.

    Follow Faravid to regroup near Stenwege.

    Speak with Faravid in Stenwege to plan the infiltration and assassination of the Pict Chief.

    Infiltrate Stenwege. You can enter stealthily or join Faravid's open attack.

    Target the Man at Arms at the entrance to the inner walls (north) to get a key. Use Odin's Sight to locate him. Loot a Tungsten Ingot from him.

    With the key, go northwest around the camp to the western side and open the eastward door.

    In the innermost area, you'll face an elite unit named Macbeth. Use arrows on their weak points for a stun attack, or use abilities. They will drink a potion at low health, increasing speed and attack but also slowly killing them.

    Loot the key from Macbeth and use it to enter the main fortification.

    Find the Pict Chief, Galan, son of Mordeleg, inside.

Boss Fight: Galan

  1. Enter the circular structure to initiate the fight.
  2. You can start with an assassination attack by pouncing from above.
  3. When Galan hits the floor with his weapon, it destroys the surface, causing you to fall deeper.
  4. Shoot fire pots in the surrounding area to set Galan on fire, but stay clear of the explosion.
  5. Galan's attacks can be parried, making him vulnerable.
  6. Shoot his weak points (left leg, left arm, right leg) to weaken him and trigger a stun attack.
  7. The Brush with Death skill (slows time on dodge) and Grit skill (quick health recovery) are useful.
  8. Once Galan is defeated, a cutscene with Faravid will play. Dialogue choices do not affect the outcome.
