You'll soon encounter another unstable structure. This one also has a light beam, but be careful: the circling blocks above it will sometimes block the light, making the structure temporarily disappear. You'll need to time your jump across this one perfectly to get over before it vanishes.

Follow the course upwards and around again until you find another light beam. This time, redirect the light onto the circular block in the center of the course.

After redirecting the light, jump down onto the blocks below to reach a stabilized structure. From there, hop onto one of the circling blocks and continue making your way up the course.

You'll need to do a few vertical wall climbs before you finally reach the very top.

Once you're at the top, you'll be able to stabilize the loose data package, and that's it – mystery solved!
