Follow this Assassin's Creed Valhalla guide to locate the Wocig mystery in Hamtunscire and retrieve the Mysterious Coat Tablet. Learn how to navigate the cave and solve the puzzle.
Alright, so you're looking for the Wocig mystery in Hamtunscire, huh? It's another one of those treasure hunt things, this time for a mysterious tablet. You'll find the cave entrance by heading northwest from the mystery marker on your map. Once you're inside, just keep pushing forward until you reach the main chamber. There's a rowing boat waiting for you there.
Hop in and row north, then west through the cave system. After that, head north again. Keep an eye out on a ledge above you to the northwest – there's some minor loot there. Grab it, then jump back into the boat.
You'll quickly find that the path ahead is blocked by stalagmites, so you won't be able to row any further. Time to switch to swimming! Look for a ledge marked with white stone to the north. Face towards it, then run up the rubble to grab on. Don't worry if you miss it the first time; you'll just fall back into the water, but you can try again. Once you're up on the ledge, turn southeast. Eivor will make a comment about the challenge ahead.
You'll see an inscription on some stone right there, and just to the east, there's a hole in the wall. Read the inscription, then head through the hole to the east. Inside, you'll find the tablet you're looking for in a locked room to the east. There are also two barricades blocking the path south, but you can't move them from this side. So, turn north instead and go through the open doorway opposite.
This next room is filled with explosive fire pots. Your goal is to shoot the pots that are near the small hole in the wall to the east. Be quick about it and get out of the room as soon as they start exploding – the safest spot is on the other side of the locked gate near the tablet. Once all the fire pots have gone off, you can go through the hole and grab the Mysterious Coat Tablet. Nice work!
