Alright, so you've stumbled upon a bit of a spooky mystery in Glowecestrescire called 'Lady of the Lake.' Don't worry, I'll walk you through it. When you first approach the woman, you can't interact with her. The trick is to check out her house first.

Walkthrough

Head to the small house near the woman. You'll need to shoot the lock off the door through the west-facing window. Once it's broken, go ahead and enter through the front door.

Inside, you'll discover a rather grim scene. Take a moment to look around and grab any loot you can find.

After you've had a look, you'll find the door has locked behind you. Uh oh! To escape, you need to move the object that's blocking the window. Push it towards the west.

Once you're out the window, you'll find the lady waiting outside. Approach her again, and this time she'll turn hostile – turns out she's the murderer!

Now you just need to defeat her. She's not too tough, just a bit quick, so it should be a pretty straightforward fight.

With the mystery solved and the killer dealt with, you can take a relaxing swim in the lake. Don't forget to dive down and loot the corpses down there for some extra goodies.
