The Winter Child archetype requires the Lord of Nothing DLC.

A Winter Child has a supernatural relationship with the darkest months. They gain a Blizzard Elemental Companion, cannot select a regular animal companion, must select a specific domain, and lose Spontaneous Summoning and Wildshape.

Ice in the Blood

A Winter Child must select the Ice Subdomain.

Call a Feast

All creatures summoned by a Winter Child gain cold resistance 5. This increases to 10 at 10th level, and the creatures gain the effects of the Blink spell. At 15th level, cold resistance increases to 15, and the creatures' attacks deal an additional 2d6 cold damage.

Blizzard Servant

At 4th level, a Winter Child forms a bond with a Blizzard Servant which functions like an animal companion. The Winter Child's effective druid level is her class level - 3. You must choose a companion archetype for the Blizzard Servant, and it benefits from feats and abilities that affect animal companions, such as Boon Companion and Mythical Beast. Besides the attribute increases at 6th, 11th, and 16th level, they gain attribute increases on levelling up just like any other animal companion.

Arctic Native

At 4th level, a Winter Child gains cold resistance 5 and is immune to being dazzled. The cold resistance increases by +5 every four additional class levels (maximum 25 at 20th level).

Blizzard Servant - Winter's Advance

At 6th level, a Winter Child's companion grows to medium size, gaining a +2 bonus to Strength, +4 bonus to Dexterity, +2 bonus to Constitution, and cold resistance 10.

Snowcaster

From 9th level, a Winter Child can convert the damage type of her spells to cold as a swift action.

Blizzard Servant - Crystallized Affinity

At 11th level, a Winter Child's companion grows to large size, gaining a +4 bonus to Strength, +4 bonus to Dexterity, +2 bonus to Constitution, a +2 natural armour bonus to AC, DR 5/-, and cold resistance 20. Its Whirlwind of Hail no longer affects allies.

Blizzard Servant - Bound Souls

At 16th level, the companion grows again to huge size, gaining a +4 bonus to Strength, +6 bonus to Dexterity, +2 bonus to Constitution, a +2 natural armour bonus to AC, the numbing cold ability, and cold resistance 30. When an ally hits an enemy affected by the servant's Whirlwind of Hail ability, the targets take +2d6 cold damage.

Flurry Form

At 20th level, a Winter Child gains the elemental subtype and immunity to cold. She also gains immunity to ground-based effects and trip. She is treated as a native outsider when determining the effects of spells and spell-like abilities.
