Master the Monster Tactician in Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous! Learn about their unique abilities, level progression, and how to dominate the battlefield with summoned allies.

Alright, let's talk about the Monster Tactician in Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous. This mythic path is all about flooding the battlefield with your summoned buddies. Think of it as having your own personal army that you can call on whenever you need them. They can't use Judgments like a regular Inquisitor, but they get a special ability called Summon Monster that they can use like a spell, and it's pretty darn powerful.

The core of the Monster Tactician is their level progression, which is packed with ways to make your summons even better. Here's a breakdown of what you get as you level up:

2 This applies to Earth, Fire, Healing, Luck, Nobility, Plant, and Water domains.

3 This applies to all other domains.

Just a heads-up, there's a little UI bug that might show the Judgment ability at level 19. Don't worry about it; for a Monster Tactician, your Summon Monster ability completely takes over and replaces Judgment.

Summon Monster

This is your bread and butter. You can cast a leveled Monster Summoning spell a number of times per day equal to 3 plus your Wisdom modifier. These summoned creatures stick around for 1 minute per level of the spell. Keep in mind, if you cast another Monster Summoning spell while you already have a summon out, the old one disappears. The stats for these summoned monsters are detailed elsewhere in the game, but know that they are your primary offensive and defensive tools.

Summon Tactics

Once you hit level 5, things get even more interesting. With Summon Tactics, any monster you summon will automatically benefit from all the teamwork feats you've taken. This is a huge boost, making your summoned allies much more effective in combat without you needing to do anything extra!
