The Haunted Hill Ruins puzzle is located in Hernand, in the Hernandian Territory, specifically in Haunted Hill. It is situated east of the Sanctum of Atonement, at the summit of the second river that flows towards Three Saints’ Falls.

To solve the puzzle, first learn the Nature’s Snare skill by observing the hologram near the Cresset (use / ). Then, apply Nature’s Snare to the two spinning components to elevate them. This action will drain the water from the surrounding area, thereby resolving the puzzle.
