To obtain the Executioner of Darkness Plate Boots, head to Hushwind Hills in Delesyia. This area is located in the southwestern part of Delesyia, near the Abandoned Hushwind Cabin, which is occupied by the Dancing Catfish Pirates. You can choose to clear the area of enemies or bypass them.

Once in the vicinity of the rock pillar, use the Flight skill to glide down to the ledge of the smaller of the two rock pillars. On this ledge, you will find a treasure chest in a shaded area. Interact with the chest to claim the Executioner of Darkness Plate Boots.
