All Sword Mastery Challenges and Locations

Sword Mastery Challenges in Crimson Desert are unlocked by finding Sealed Abyss Artifacts. Completing these challenges rewards players with Abyss Artifacts for skill and stat enhancement, and Faded Abyss Artifacts for skill tree resets.

Sword Mastery Sealed Abyss Artifact Locations

Sword Mastery Challenges are primarily unlocked by finding their respective Sealed Abyss Artifact. Find these artifacts to unlock the challenge then complete them for rewards.

All Sword Mastery Challenges

Challenge	Location
Sword of Trials I	Following the road north from Hernand Castle to Meandering Hills, you'll find this artifact just before crossing the great bridge in Three Saints' Falls.
Sword of Trials II	Found beside the southern main path of the Steel Mountains.
Sword of Trials III	At the crossing in front of the Goldleaf Trading Post, you'll find this Sealed Abyss Artifact on the stone altar.
Sword of Trials IV	Find this Sealed Abyss Artifact on the main path west of the Kilnden Workshop.
Sword of Trials V	It can be found just to the left of the road when facing north toward Reventine Monastery.
Sword of Trials VI	Head to the road leading south of Jijeong Temple, and you'll find it.

Sword Mastery Challenge Rewards

Abyss Artifacts: Skill and Stat Enhancement Item

Weapon Mastery Challenges reward you primarily with Abyss Artifacts. These are used to learn new skills, or enhance learned skills or core stats.

Faded Abyss Artifacts: Skill Respec Item

Some Weapon Mastery Challenges reward you with Faded Abyss Artifacts. These artifacts are used for skill tree resets, allowing you to respec to optimize your build, or to try a different set of skills entirely.
