After completing the main story and Epilogue in Crimson Desert, your save file continues in a persistent post-game world. This means all your gear, skills, and progress remain, and the continent of Pywel is fully open for exploration without story restrictions. While a traditional New Game Plus mode is not available at launch, the current endgame structure offers a wealth of content, including new NPCs, quests, adjusted enemy spawns, and expanded fast travel options. New markers for endgame bosses, challenge arenas, and collectibles may appear on your map.

Endgame Boss Hunting:

• Crimson Desert features 76 bosses across story missions, open-world encounters, and sanctum fights. Many optional bosses are hidden and may require faction questlines to find.
• Open-world field bosses respawn approximately every in-game week, allowing for repeated farming of Abyss Artifacts and crafting materials.
• The most challenging field bosses are located in Pailune and Delesyia, rewarding the rarest crafting materials.
• Sanctum bosses are designed as endgame challenges with multi-phase fights, complex mechanics, and punishing attack patterns. They reward unique weapons, armor, and Abyss Artifacts essential for optimal builds.
