All Witch Locations

Find all 5 witches in Crimson Desert: Elowen, Bari, Lyselia, Areciel, and White Crow to create weapon sockets and complete 16 Sanctums.

Witches in Crimson Desert are special vendors who allow you to create sockets in your weapons to strengthen them. Finding them also allows you to complete the 16 Sanctums, which are exploration challenges. You cannot complete a Sanctum until you find its respective Witch.

Elowen, The Witch of Wisdom

• Location: The Witchwoods, south of Hernand.
• Unlock: Automatically unlocked during Chapter 5 – Main Quest: The Missing Seal.
• Sanctums: Sanctum of Absolution, Sanctum of Temperance, Sanctum of Penitence, Sanctum of Benediction.

Bari, The Witch of Kindness

• Location: Pailune, southeast of the Wayward Woods, under a handmade shelter.
• Unlock: Approach her, light the fire at her feet by interacting with it, then speak to her. She will disappear. Head to her Witch’s Cabin in the lake below Silver Wolf Mountain, north of Pailune.
• Sanctums: Sanctum of Exaltation, Sanctum of Solace, Sanctum of Deliverance, Sanctum of Atonement.

Lyselia, The Witch of Humility

• Location: Northern Demeniss, west of Deadfire Mountain, at a broken bridge.
• Unlock: Approach the woman hanging off the bridge edge, talk to her, and help her up. She will disappear. Head to her Witch’s Cabin (a hidden cave) in the Serpent March, the island between Demeniss and Delesyia.
• Sanctums: Sanctum of Devotion, Sanctum of Veneration, Sanctum of Oblation, Sanctum of Faith.

Areciel, The Witch of Strength

• Location: Northern outskirts of The City of Tommaso, Crimson Desert region.
• Unlock: At the posthouse, locate the child near the Bounty Board. Approach and lock onto him using Camera / Mouse, then give a coin using Interact / E. The boy will vanish. Head to the Witch’s Cabin just West of World’s Navel in Crimson Desert.
• Sanctums: Sanctum of Expiation, Sanctum of Renunciation, Sanctum of Revelation.

White Crow, Wayward Woods Witch

• Location: Pailuine, just South of the Wayward Woods.
• Unlock: This is the final witch and is only accessible after completing all other witches’ Faction Quests by Cleansing all the Sanctums and returning to each witch to receive their Witch Token. Insert the four Witch Tokens into the hole on the hut door.
• Sanctums: Sanctum of Mortification (16th Sanctum is story-related from Chapter 9 – Main Quest: Fragments of Darkness).
