Purchased From the Guard Outside the House of Healing

To use this method, you must be in Chapter 3 and have the Familiar Curses main quest active. Go to the right side of the main entrance of St. Halssius's House of Healing in Hernand and approach the guard. He will speak to you and offer to sell you a disguise for 10 Silver. Purchase it to receive the St. Halssius Priest Set, which includes the St. Halssius Priest's Cloak.

Loot From House of Healing Guards

The full set can be looted from a House of Healing Guard. However, it is not guaranteed, as there is a chance you will only obtain one or two pieces of the set. You can sneak inside by climbing over the wall onto the rooftop and assassinating a guard from above, or simply look for an area with one or two guards and defeat them.
