Start at the AV Center with the Silverballer, Coins, and Fireworks Remote.

Enter Room 11, pass through the Dining Room to avoid cameras, and subdue Harry outside Room 10. Take his Crowbar and hide his body in Room 10.

Return to the AV Center, go down the Kitchen Stairway, and find Marv in the Wine Tasting Room. Knock him out, take his Crowbar, and hide his body behind the central Wine Cellar door.

Go to the Locker Room. Place a Coin to lure one person to the southeast corner, knock them out, and hide them in a closet.

Throw a Crowbar near the Palace Staff Disguise to lure a female, knock her out, and hide her. Repeat with the last person.

Wait behind the northwest corner of the south locker cluster for Santa to appear by the Fire Axe. Subdue him and hide him in a closet (do not take his disguise yet).

Go to the East Pantry and shoot the Recorder.

In the Basement, collect the Coconut and Apricot.

Go up the Kitchen Stairway, into the Library, and get the Circumcision Knife.

Close the Library doors, knock out the Auction Staff person, hide them, and take their Disguise.

Go to the Kitchen, get the Rat Poison, and poison the Sushi Dish for Kurt to get his Disguise.

Get the Shuriken nearby, go into the Museum to acquire the Cannonball, and then to the Gift Shop for the Toy Tank.

Go to the Museum Director's Office, climb the Scaffold to get the Cowboy Bust.

Sneak south of CICADA Security Control, find the moose head, and acquire the Saber.

Go to the east side of Security Control, wait for the Bodyguard to leave, and collect the Bust.

Sneak to the Connecting Hallway, then to the North Attic to acquire the Microphone.

Head to the Auction Room, then down The Patio Pipe to ground level.

Run to the main Bar area to collect the Battle Axe. This completes the [Santa's Little Helper] Challenge.

Go to the Catering Delivery Area Shed and drop both the Saber and Axe.

Go to the Basement Security Room and pick up three Bricks found near a hallway door.

Drag Marv's body to the North Hallway near the East Pantry. Toss a Crowbar towards the Staff Room to attract attention.

Go into the center Wine Cellar room and wait. Marv will be awakened.

If Marv enters Target Lockdown, follow him. When isolated, knock him out with a Brick.

Ensure his body is not found. If it is, drag him back to the North Hallway and repeat the process until the [Bad 47] Challenge is completed.

Tips

The Cowboy Bust is on a table by a large blue vase in the room at the east end of the South Attic (where the Scaffold is).
A Civilian dressed in a Santa Disguise appears and disappears throughout the building, carrying the Holiday Firepoker, Holiday Crowbar, and Holiday Fireaxe. Subdue him from behind to obtain his Disguise, which is similar to the regular Suit but allows exit through a Fireplace. If you start the mission in the Santa 47 Suit, you can access the Auction with an Invitation. If you obtain the suit from Santa during the mission, you will not be allowed access even with an Invitation, similar to the Vampire Magician Disguise.
There are five Challenges related to this mission:
Bad 47 [2,000 XP]: Knock out Marv three times using Bricks.
Ho Ho Ho [4,000 XP]: Kill Marv and Harry in an accident while wearing the Santa 47 Disguise.
Oh Deer [4,000 XP]: Kill both Marv and Harry with a Propane Flask explosion after they return empty-handed.
Santa's Little Helper [2,000 XP]: Find and acquire all twelve Presents before Harry and Marv do, without killing them. All twelve must be in your possession simultaneously.
St. 47 [8,000 XP]: Complete the Bad 47, Ho Ho Ho, Oh Deer, and Santa's Little Helper Challenges, earning the Santa 47 Suit.
