Part 531

Level One: Eliminate Kafe Hudsa with any method while wearing any Disguise. Plan to bring the Lethal Poison Vial and Coins, starting at the Food District. Kafe starts at the edge of Central Square and walks towards you. Poison the food at a stall and wait for him to approach. Serve him and leave the stall when he begins to eat and the Enforcer (a type of NPC (non-player character — anyone the game controls, not you) that is more aware of suspicious activity) is looking away. After Kafe dies, run to the nearest Taxi to leave the mission.

Level Two: Eliminate Lucky Parminder with any method while wearing any Disguise. Eliminate Kafe Hudsa in an accident while wearing any Disguise. Bring the Krugermeier (a type of firearm) and start at the Metal Forge. Run to the Shopping District. Across from the north stairs to the Mumbai Hills is a Bottle that Lucky will drink from. Poison this bottle when Lucky reaches the west end of his route. Return to the Metal Worker's District and go up the exterior stairs for the Beige House. Wait for Kafe to enter the District and stop under a small sign. Shoot the sign to kill him in an accident. Run north to a passage to Beach Road, then south to the Taxi to leave.

Level Three: Eliminate Lucky Parminder in an accident while wearing any Disguise. Eliminate Kafe Hudsa with a non-silenced firearm while wearing any Disguise. You are allowed to do one pacification (knocking out an NPC) while playing the mission. If you pacify more than once then you will fail the mission. Plan to bring the HWK21 (a type of firearm) and Coins, place the Krugermeier into the Beach House, and start at the Metal Forge. Run to the Shopping District and into an alley heading towards the Large Nook. Near the junction with the eastern alley for Slum Square, you will find a Fusebox. A patrolling Guard will start a conversation with a standing Guard. When the conversation begins, run back out, go right of them, through the Tea Shops, and to the Beach House to retrieve your Krugermeier. Enter the Beige House through the north door and go upstairs. Grab the Iron and go onto the balcony. Place a Coin on the balcony in front of the door, another a few feet inside, and the last one several feet towards the Closet. Go back onto the balcony, crouch, and wait. Look down at the stack of trash bags at the corner to your right. When Kafe reaches this point, toss the Iron onto the balcony where it meets the metal stairs, then pick it up. This should lure Kafe.
