Walkthrough

    Activate the Phone (a communication device) to lure a Bio Lab person (a non-player character) into the Restroom. Run into a stall, and when the Bio Lab person reaches the Phone, knock them out with the Hammer (a melee weapon).

    Switch into the Bio Lab Disguise and proceed to the East Stairs.

    If your timing is correct, Owen should still be in his room. As you enter the stairwell, the Nurse (an NPC (non-player character — anyone the game controls, not you)) will be descending to her post.

    When the Nurse reaches the floor and is halfway between the stairs and the door, walk into her to stop her. Go in circles around her to keep her in place until Owen passes through the plastic sheeting near the Surgery doors.

    Run to the Waiting Area and then to the Ice Machine.

    When the Nurse is at her post and Owen's escort enters Surgery, turn on the Ice Machine to lure her. Crouch behind a chair and wait for her to turn it off before knocking her out.

    Knock them out, pick up the Phone, and run to the plastic sheeting next to the West Stairs door. The patrolling Bodyguard (an NPC) should be heading there as well.

    When the Bodyguard stops nearby, toss the Hammer at the wall to the left of the West Stairs door to lure them to it. Subdue the Bodyguard and leave the body. Drag the unconscious Bio Lab person to the Bodyguard for hiding.

    Go back to the Restroom to drag the Bodyguard's body into the east stall, then run to the Waiting Area and wait.

    Around the six-minute mark, the female Doctor (an NPC) from upstairs will descend. She will enter the Waiting Area just after Owen leaves his room. Knock her out and drag her to the Intensive Care door.

    When Owen's escort leaves Intensive Care, drag the Doctor's body through the room and to the Closet inside Intensive Care Supervision for hiding.

    Enter the Surgery Control Room as both Owen and Klaus meet in Surgery. Go into Robot Controls and toss the Hammer on the floor about ten feet from the door before it closes to lure in the nearby Bio Lab person.

    Take cover (press the cover button to crouch behind walls or objects) to the left of the door, wait for the Bio Lab person to pass, subdue them, and dump them in the nearby Closet.

    Pick up the Hammer, open the door to the small control room, and toss it at the Closet to lure out the Bio Lab person. Subdue them when they come out and dump them. Pick up the Hammer and run back out of the Surgery area.

    Go down the West Stairs to enter the Morgue area. Go to the door leading down to the Staff Floor and use the wall corner as cover. Shoot the Recorder (an item) in the Morgue Security Room to destroy it.

    Go into Stem Cell Supply and use the Vaccine (an item).

    Go down to the Garage to get the Briefcase (an item) and then go back up to the east stall of the Restroom. Drop the Briefcase in the corner and wait.

    When Owen is called and reaches the Surgery room doors, save your game (create a save point).

Sniper Assassin [4,000 XP]

  1. From the game save, pick up the Briefcase and run to the Surgery Control Room doors.
  2. Run to Robot Controls, place the Phone on the floor about ten feet from the door, and take cover to the left of it.
  3. When Klaus returns to Surgery Control, activate the Phone and open the door to lure him inside.
  4. Knock him out with the Briefcase, bring out the Rifle (a weapon), and shoot Klaus in the head to kill him.
  5. Holster the Rifle and run to the doors for Intensive Care Supervision.
  6. When Owen's escort walks back inside, run inside and knock them out with the Hammer.
  7. Bring out the Rifle and shoot Owen's head through the glass door to kill him.
  8. After the notifications appear, reload the save.

Needle Work [2,000 XP]

  1. To achieve this, you must kill Owen in Surgery with a Lethal Poison Syringe (an item) while disguised as Klaus.
  2. You need to kill Klaus first and then take his Disguise.
  3. You also need to kill Klaus just after he makes the call to bring Owen to Surgery; otherwise, you cannot get Owen into Surgery and into position to kill him for this Challenge.
  4. Because of the required items, there is no way to take your Syringe with you. However, there are a couple on-site that you can acquire.
