Alright, let's get you sorted with finding some key items in Hitman World of Assassination. This section covers a few different areas, so keep your eyes peeled as we move through the Morgue, Operating Theater, and Research Department.

Morgue Area Items:

• Cleaver — You'll find this on the operating table right in the middle of the Morgue.
• Wrench — This one's a bit tricky, especially on Master difficulty. It's on a small shelf at the north corner of the Morgue. You might need to crouch and approach it carefully to get the prompt to appear.
• Scalpel — Look for this on a small table at the north end of the Mortuary Coolers.
• Motorcyclist Disguise — This is on a body lying on a table in the center of the Mortuary Coolers.
• RFID Master Chip — Mr. Smith is carrying this inside one of the coolers at the north end of the Mortuary Coolers.
• Research Assistant's Notes — These are on a desk inside the Morgue Security Room, near the microscope.
• Fire Poker — It's leaning against the Incinerator on the north side of the Incinerator room.
• Screwdriver — You can find one on the floor by the Closet inside Morgue Storage.
• Stem Cell Treatment Guide — This is on the desk inside Stem Cell Supply.

Level 2 - Operating Theater and Intensive Care:

This floor is a bit more spread out. The main Operating Theater is where you'll find Soders. To its east is Stem Cell Controls, and south of that is the stairs down to the Morgue. North of the Operating Theater is Robot Surgery Controls, and southwest of that is the Surgery Control Room, leading to Surgery Life Support. The West Stairs connect to a walkway heading to the Helipad, which has its own guard room and paths leading out of the area. North on this floor is Intensive Care Supervision, with Intensive Care and the Waiting Area to its southeast. The East Stairs are southeast of the Waiting Area. Finally, southwest of Intensive Care Supervision are the Restrooms.

Objects in Level 2:

• Classified Patient Journal — You can find three of these on counters inside Intensive Care Supervision. There's also one on a counter in the Robot Surgery Control room, at the northeast end.

Level 3 - Observation Rooms and Research Department:

Northeast of the West Stairs is the Research Department, which has an exit to the Dirt Path. At the north end of this floor is Rehabilitation Supervisor, followed by the Physical Research Center, and then the East Stairs. In the center, you'll find the KAI Mainframe within the Secondary Control Room. Southwest of that is the West Observation Room, and south of that is Defibrillator Power. Southeast of the Secondary Control Room is the East Observation Room, and south of that is the Director's Office.

Objects in Level 3:

• Scalpel & Pack of Cigarettes — These are inside a Cabinet on the wall near the east corner of the Research Department.
• Leather Briefcase — This is tucked under a desk at the north end of the Research Department.
