1. Start the mission, skip the cutscene, and grab the Scissors from the bathroom.
2. Proceed to the Foyer and bump into the Director to briefly halt him.
3. Enter the Restrooms, close the door, subdue the lone person, and hide them in the Closet.
4. Exit the Restrooms, toss the Scissors near the bonsai tree to lure the Guard, subdue him when he investigates, and hide him in the stall's Closet.
5. Open the door closest to the Director, toss the Scissors near the other bonsai tree to lure him into the Restrooms, subdue him, and hide him in the stall.
6. Exit the Restrooms and go south to find Jason. Interrupt his conversation, lure him to the Restroom, and subdue him when he turns away, hiding him in the other stall.
7. Change into the Patient Disguise, then the Resort Security Disguise, and finally the Hospital Director Disguise.
8. Go to the Staff Floor and the exterior walkway near the Helipad. Subdue the patrolling Guard and hide him in the Closet just inside.
9. Return inside to the Medical Staff Sleeping Quarters and take the Neurochip Remote Control from a lower bunk. This remote is for The Curator (Doctor Ito).
10. Go to the Morgue and Morgue Storage to acquire a Screwdriver.
11. Enter the stairwell to the Operating Room and turn off the Fusebox to lure a Morgue Doctor. Subdue him after he investigates.
12. Go into the Morgue and subdue the other Doctor. Hide both in a Closet.
13. Switch into and out of the Morgue Doctor Disguise.
14. Enter the Morgue Security Room, subdue the Bodyguard, take his weapon, and hide him in the other Morgue Closet.
