Level One: Eliminate Lucas Hutchinson with a Portcullis while wearing any Disguise.
1. Start at the Reception Area with the Krugermeier and ICA Remote Distraction Device.

Run past Lucas, drop the device or pistol near the crates at the bottom of the stairs.

Run partway up the stairs; the female Bar person will investigate the dropped item.

Run past the Guard, use the chain to activate the Portcullis and kill Lucas.

Go to the Kitchen Storeroom, crouch near the East Wall exit, and leave when safe.

Level Two: Eliminate Maya Grant with a Gargoyle while wearing any Disguise.

Method One (Preferred): Run to the Kitchen Storeroom, climb the ladder to the roof, and find the Gargoyle. Wait for Maya to be underneath, then push the Gargoyle onto her. Return to Lucas's position, drop the Portcullis on him if he is still there, and leave via the East Wall.
Method Two: Drop the Device or Pistol by the Portcullis chain. Let Maya lure the Guard away, then kill Lucas. Go to the Gargoyle, wait for Maya to appear below, and drop it on her. Leave via the East Wall.

Level Three: Eliminate David M. Melendez with a Gibbet while wearing any Disguise.

Run to the Gargoyle and wait for Maya. Kill her as before.
Locate the Gibbet nearby. Shoot the floor under it to lure David into position.
When David is in position, shoot the top of the Gibbet to kill him.
Go back to the Portcullis area, drop it on Lucas if his friend is at the body, and leave via the East Wall exit.
You can acquire the [Caged] Challenge when killing David.

Tips

The Briefcase must not be carried on the stairs in Level Three. Toss it down sections of stairs.
This Escalation is prone to randomness, making the last two levels harder.
