Recommended Loadout and Initial Steps:

  • Bring the Lockpick.
  • Place the Sieger 300 Ghost into the Parking Garage.

  • Run to the white van to get the Crowbar.
  • Go through the Bayside Alley and up to the 1st Floor Southeast Maintenance Room to acquire the Kronstadt Security Disguise.

Race Marshal and Pigeon Challenge:

  • Go back to the Overpass and subdue a Race Marshal, leaving the body.
  • Go to your Pickup to acquire the Briefcase.
  • Proceed to the Marina Park area.
  • Go to the South Overpass, pick open the door, and climb the stairs.
  • Knock out both Race Marshals on the Overpass.
  • Go to the west end of the Overpass.
  • To complete the [Deja Due] Challenge involving Pigeons: Look south towards the Bayside Center. Near the top, zoom in on the large triangular opening (windows for Robert's Office) and shoot the lone Pigeon sitting there.

Florida Man and Robert Knox Kill:

  • Holster the Rifle and leave the Briefcase.
  • Go back down and to the North Overpass.
  • Drop the Rifle at the west end and proceed to Marina Park (South).
  • Eliminate the patrolling Guard, Civilian, and Jogger at the Boat Rental Building.
  • Grab the Speedboat Keys at the Building.
  • Go behind the Park Food Stands to get a Bag of Sugar.
  • Go to the south end to turn off the Generator, luring a Food Vendor.
  • Stay out of sight behind a car and knock out the Food Vendor when they turn the generator back on.
  • Dump the body in a Container and take the Food Vendor disguise.
  • Go to the Pier and find Florida Man. He needs Sugar to reopen his stand.
  • Give Florida Man the Bag of Sugar (while disguised as a Food Vendor). He will reopen his stand.
  • Robert Knox will come down to eat from the reopened stand.
  • Once Robert has eaten, re-acquire your Security Disguise and return to the Pier.
  • When Robert goes to the Pier to talk on his phone, shoot the Hinge closest to you to kill him. His body should not fall into the ocean as he is sitting.
  • Dump Robert's body in the nearby Container.

Sierra Knox Kill and Race Abort:

  • Return to the North Overpass and pick up the Rifle.
  • Shoot at other race cars (excluding the yellow Moses and red Sierra cars) to create accidents. Aim for clustered groups to hit at least one car.
  • After creating three accidents, the race will be aborted.
