Rats:

1. Rat #1: Inside the cook's shack in the Prison Shacks area. Appears when the cook is away. Lure the cook out by shooting outside or wait for him to go to the back before shooting the rat.
2. Rat #2: On the path between the West Offices and the west gate of the Administration Building. Appears after starting a riot and setting the West Offices on fire.
3. Rats #3, #4, #5: East of the Main Gate, inside a truck with gas cans. Shoot the cans to set the truck ablaze; the rats will flee in three directions.

Porcelain King Challenge:

Hide three bodies in Outhouses, one of which must be Roman. To get Roman to an Outhouse, poison his food. Locate the cook's shack in the northmost building of the Prison Shacks area. Near the stove, find Emetic Rat Poison. Wait for the cook to place Roman's plate by the stove before using the poison. If you shoot the poison too early, the cook will drop the plate. Lure the cook away by shooting the outside wall, then shoot the poison. Roman will eventually go to eat. While waiting, you can pursue Tiger #14 on the southeast side of the map. When Roman sits down to eat, Tiger #4 will approach the Outhouse near him. Do not shoot Tiger #4 at this point, as it will reset Roman's plate and he won't get sick. Once Roman is sick and heads to the Outhouse, shoot him inside. Tiger #4 should remain nearby. Lure Tiger #4 to the Outhouse by the cook by shooting the ground near him, avoiding luring nearby prisoners. When Tiger #4 is at the open door, shoot him to put him inside and complete the challenge.

This run-through also completes the Prison Food Challenge for poisoning Roman's food.

A Feat For Crows Challenge:

Find and shoot eight Crows scattered around the map. Locations from west to east:

1. Crow #1: Radio Tower, on the first platform on the east side.
2. Crow #2: North end of the Prison Shacks area, to the left of the cook's shack, on top of a small telephone pole.
3. Crow #3: East side of the Administration Building, at the top of a tall light tower, just to the right of the light.
4. Crow #4: Roof of the Center Yard Building, on top of a silo beyond it.
5. Crow #5: Roof of the Center Yard Building, on the chimney at the east side.
6. Crow #6: Top of the Main Gate Building, on a small antenna near the center.
7. Crow #7: On the sign above the Main Gate.
8. Crow #8: Prison Building, at the very top of a very tall electrical tower to the east.
