Walkthrough

    From the starting point, move north along the Perimeter.

    Wait in the tall grass near the Gate until patrolling Perimeter Guards (NPCs who are part of the environment) from the south have passed.

    Return to the Gate and stand to the left of it.

    Observe the open window to the Security Room. Wait for a Guard to appear and then leave.

    Immediately go through the Gate and run to the blue tarp covering a short white fence.

    Turn towards the south corner of the Mansion.

    Aim your throw arc just over the white fence at the Mansion corner and toss the Briefcase.

    While the Briefcase is in the air, switch to the Charge.

    Wait for both Guards to look at the Briefcase before tossing the Charge.

    One Guard will pick up the Briefcase, and the other will pick up the Charge. Both will then leave to go inside.

    The moment the second Guard turns their back, sneak to the Basement door and use the Key to enter.

    Warning: If neither Guard picks up the Briefcase, reload your save.

    Stay behind the crates just inside the door until a Guard arrives at the crate near the Herald.

    Sneak to the crate, press against it, subdue the Guard, pick up their weapon, and dump their body in the Container.

    Place the Phone in the corner at the bottom of the stairs near the Wastebasket.

    Go up to the door at the top of the stairs, activate the Phone, and open the door. This should lure one of the Hackers from the War Room down.

    Go behind the pillar near the Shelter door and wait for the Hacker to come down.

    Subdue the Hacker at the Phone, pick up and re-place the Phone, and drag the Hacker behind the stairs.

    Go to the top of the stairs and wait.

    When Sean goes down to the Clock and looks at it, activate the Phone and open the door.

    Sean should go down to the Phone. Hide behind the Pillar again.

    Warning: Break Sean's neck or eliminate him with your Pistol when he gets to the Phone.

    Drag Sean's body behind the stairs and pick up and re-place the Phone.

    Go to the top of the stairs and activate the Phone again.

    When Penelope goes near the door on her way out, open it and run down behind the Pillar again. This should lure her down.

    Warning: Kill Penelope when she gets to the Phone.

    Take Sean's body to the Shelter door and use it to exit the mission.

Sniper Assassin [4,000 XP x 3] - The Standard Method:

  • Bring the Krugermeier and place the Sieger 300 Ghost at the Water Tower.
  • Start at Demolitions Control.
  • Run under the stairs to the Barracks rooftop.
  • Shoot the Camera at the corner of the building.
  • Head up to the Water Tower and acquire your Rifle.
  • Sean should be heading to Demolitions Control as you go to the Tower.
  • When Sean stops, kill him with a headshot (a shot that lands on the enemy's head, usually an instant kill).
  • Quickly look towards the front of the Mansion and use your Instinct (a mechanic that highlights NPCs and objectives) to see through the trees.
  • Zoom in on Penelope's head and shoot her.
  • Quickly go left and kill Ezra. If you are quick enough, you should be able to get away before Guards arrive.
  • Drop the Rifle, slide down the ladder, and go back to ground level.
  • Run and hide in the Container under the stairs.
  • Note: It is possible that those near your dead Targets may spot you on your way down the ladder, but they are too far to accurately identify you. By the time they arrive at the Tower, you should be safely inside the Container.
  • After the soldiers leave, exit the Container, go back up the Tower, and re-acquire the Rifle. Your remaining Target should be Ma...
