Part 408

Place a couple of Coins (a distraction item) just inside the Sotteraneo Garage. Go outside and place a Coin by the door. When the Sotteraneo Mechanic and a female Civilian approach, one should see the Coin and investigate. Open the door to reveal the other Coins inside, luring them in. Knock out the person who enters and hide them in a room. Repeat for the other person. Switch into and out of the Sotteraneo Mechanic Disguise.

If the Civilian and Sotteraneo Mechanic remain outside the Pit Building, sneak into the Sotteraneo Garage and the Storage Room to switch into and out of the Mechanic Disguise.

Re-place the Coins inside the Garage, creating a chain leading up the stairs. Place a Coin near the top of the stairs to lure the female Journalist down to the Garage. Ambush her, hide her body in a room, and then proceed to the Thwack Paddock.

Enter the Restroom and wait for the Thwack Driver to enter after drinking from a Bottle and becoming sick. Knock him out and switch into and out of his Disguise.

Go behind the Paddock and knock out the Waiter who exits when the patrolling Guard is away. Hide him in the Storage Room. Knock out the Guard when he stops at the south end of his route and hide him in the Container. Toss the Crowbar at nearby boxes to lure the Blue Seed Driver from the Fitter Booth. Knock him out when he arrives, switch into and out of his Disguise, and dump him in the Container.

Go to the 1st Floor of the Thwack Paddock and poison a Glass on the bar. A Thwack Mechanic will come up to drink from it. Wait at the top of the exterior stairs for him to drink and become sick. As he descends, wait until he is near the bottom before throwing a stunning item. Drag him to the Storage Room and switch into and out of his Disguise.

Go back up and poison the Glass on the table on the balcony intended for the shady-looking man. Use the same stunning method when he goes downstairs and hide him in the Storage Room. Knock out the female Waiter when the Sheik steps onto the balcony and quickly drag her to the Storage Room.

When the Sheik sits in the corner, turn on the Ice Machine to lure him. Go onto the balcony and loop behind him. When he turns off the Ice Machine, knock him out and switch into and out of his Disguise.

Run to the corridor between the North Storage Room and the Podium Tunnel. Place about four Coins from the door towards the Container. Go back to the Pit Building and down into the Locker Room to switch into the Kowoon Mechanic Disguise.

Go to the Kowoon Garage and find the Generator. Turn it off to lure a nearby Mechanic. Wait outside the door and knock him out when he turns it on. Hide him in the nearby Closet. Repeat this process to eliminate another Mechanic, making it easier to acquire Moses's Disguise.

Go to the Executive Suite to acquire the Kronstadt Mechanic Disguise, then proceed to the Kronstadt Garage. Go to the Pit Station and use a Bag of Sugar on the Fuel Supply to cause Sierra to lose the Race.

Run behind the Kronstadt Paddock, knock out the Waiter, hide him in the Storage Room, and take the Bag of Sugar. Run into the Podium Tunnel and wait by the door to the corridor.

When Moses approaches, place a Coin by the door to lure him. Open the door to reveal more Coins inside, luring him in. Knock him out, dump him in the Container, and switch into his Disguise. Go to the Podium Building and talk to Maxwell Rutter. Follow his instructions and celebrate with the Trophy, then return to the east side and the Pit Building.

Go to the VIP Lounge and wait for Sierra to be challenged to the Chili Shot Drinking Game. Make her lose the game, then go down to the Parking Garage floor.

Go into the Storage Room to acquire the Mascot Disguise. Go to the Merchandise Booths area, then to the Thwack Booth, and take a Photo of a Flamingo. Go to the Hotel, talk to the Guard, and proceed to the Garden. Run north out of the Garden to the table west of it to find and switch into the Race Marshal Disguise. Re-acquire the Security Disguise.

Find all Unexplored Areas. Run back to the west side and the water's edge. Throw the Fish into the ocean and run back inside the Bayside Center. Go into the Aquarium and throw two Bags of Sugar into a Floor Aquarium, then run back to the east side.

Go behind the Kronstadt Paddock and place Coins from inside the Medical Tent Storage Room leading to the Paddock stairs. Run inside the Emergency Bay and get the Medical Cabinet Key. Go into the Storage Room, switch into the Medic Disguise, and open the Cabinet to get the Modern Lethal Syringe.

To complete the [Intravenous] Mission Story, call Sierra over the Intercom. If the Doctor is present and not dealt with before the Driver leaves, the Intercom prompt will not appear.

For maximum XP, get the Doctor to kill Sierra. This can be achieved along with completing the Story by timing the Intercom use within a small window. It is recommended to activate the Mission Story in the Mission Stories tab to see prompts.

Go into the Treatment Area and poison the IV Drip. Go to the Sink at the northeast corner.
