Part 293

Start in your Room wearing your VIP Patient outfit. Immediately exit the (cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically)) and go to the Bathroom to get the Scissors.

Exit your Room and go up the ramp to the Foyer. Head north and bump into the Director to create a distraction, then enter the Restroom.

Close the door, subdue the Patient, and hide his body in the Closet in an empty stall.

Change into the Patient Disguise.

Wait for the Director to stand at the window east of the Restroom. Open the east door, toss the Scissors at the wall near the bonsai tree stand, and stand by the Sink.

When the Director enters, close the door, subdue him, and hide his body in the Closet in a stall.

Locate Jason Portman, who should be on the phone south of the Restroom. Wait for his call to finish. This should start the [Makeover] Mission Story.

Lure Portman to the Restroom through the west door and stand by the occupied stall door. Wait for him to turn to leave before subduing him. Hide his body in the stall.

Return to the area near the bonsai tree. Open the west door and toss the Scissors at the wall to the right of the tree to lure the nearby Guard.

When the Guard reaches the thrown Scissors, close the door, subdue him, take his weapon and the Scissors, and drag his body to the empty stall.

Amos Dexter should be on the phone south of the west door of the Restrooms. After his call, he will walk north.

When Amos Dexter is close enough, open the door and toss the Scissors at the wall to the right of the bonsai tree to lure him inside. Close the door, subdue him, take the Scissors, and drag his body to the stall.

Change into the Guard Disguise, then into Amos' Disguise, and finally into the Hospital Director Disguise.

Proceed through the Restaurant and behind the Sushi Bar to the exterior stairway leading down to the Walkway.

Subdue the Guard at the bottom of the stairs, take his weapon, and hide his body in the Closet.

Wait by the Closet for the patrolling Handyman coming down the Helipad stairs. Subdue him near the bottom and take his Pack of Cigarettes.

Go to the Helipad Guard Room, grab the Crowbar, and throw stun the sleeping Guard. Hide him in the Closet.

Return to where the Handyman was. Wait for the Pilot to enter the Guard Room, then follow him inside and subdue him. This should start the [Malpractice] Opportunity. Hide the Pilot in the Closet.

Drag the Handyman's body to the Closet and dump him. Change into and out of the Handyman's Disguise.

Go to the Medical Staff Sleeping Quarters to pick up the Neurochip Remote. Run to the Garage to pick up the Wrench.

Go upstairs to the Maintenance Room on the south side of the Springs and wait.

When the Yoga Instructor arrives, subdue him when he drinks from his Bottle and hide him in the Closet. Do not take his Disguise yet. This should start the [Hot Springs] Opportunity.

Return to the Staff Floor, go up to the Morgue area, and enter the Mortuary Coolers.

Grab the Scalpel and stand behind The Curator to listen to the conversation, which starts the [Tell-Tale Heart] Mission Story.

Enter the Morgue Security Room, subdue the lone Guard, and hide him in the Closet.

Exit and change into and out of the Motorcyclist Disguise.

Go up the East Stairs to the Top Floor of the Hospital and enter the Director's Office, avoiding Enforcers.

Inside the Director's Office, change into and out of the Baseball Player Disguise and grab the Nondescript Keycard before leaving.

Return to the Mortuary Coolers and open the north freezer to talk to Mr. Smith and obtain the RFID Master Chip.

Run to the Kitchen and enter the Freezer. Toss an object in a corner to lure one of the Chefs. Subdue him when he enters and dump him in the Container.

Exit, subdue the other Chef, and dump him in the same Container. Cut the Fugu Fish to obtain lethal poison.

Run to the Foyer Restroom and change into Jason's outfit.

Find the Doctor outside the Hospital and follow her to your appointment on the Top Floor of the Clinic. Completing this with the Surgeon finishes the [Makeover] Mission Story.

Sit down for your appointment. After the Surgeon removes your bandages, get up and crouch behind the examination table.

Toss the Scissors into the south corner to lure the Surgeon. Subdue him, grab his body, and wait until no one in the Research Department is looking.
