    Level One: The Delgado Larceny
    • Start in the Torture Room with a restricted loadout.

    Retrieve the Safe Combination.

    Eliminate Dalmazio Coronado Banuelos with El Matador while wearing any Disguise.

    2. Destroy the Recorder.
    3. Run to the location where Javier is heading west and use the Car Battery to create an electrocution accident.
  • Level Three:

    • Only the Mansion exits are available.

    The Plan:

    1. Follow the same steps as in Level Two.
    2. Go upstairs, east through the Living Room, onto the Patio, and up the stairs to Rico's Bedroom to get the Speedboat Keys.
    3. Go back down, into the Lobby, and up the stairs to Hector's Room.
    4. Crouch and run to the bathroom to avoid the Enforcer.
    5. Wait for Hector to be close to the door and behind the desk before turning on the Sink to lure him into the bathroom.
    6. Subdue Hector, drag him into the north corner of the bathroom, and drop the Parcel on him.
    7. Go out the window, drop to ground level, and run to the Speedboat.
    8. Detonate the explosive and leave before the body is found.
    • Tips
    • Destroying the Recorder eliminates Cameras for better freedom of movement.
    • Using the Helicopter at the Coca Fields can prevent problems with running Guards.
    • If the Enforcing Guard is not lured to the TV in Level One, restart the mission.
    • Ensure Hector is in position before turning on the Sink in Level Three; otherwise, you will lure a Guard instead, and there is no Closet to hide him in.
