Walkthrough

Observe the Food Vendor. An Assistant in red will speak to a female Waiter. Position yourself to trigger the conversation without being seen by the Assistant, who is an Enforcer for your disguise.

After the conversation, the Assistant moves to the center of the vendor area. Stand by the sign as he approaches.

He then moves to the south end of the area. Quickly enter the vendor area, go around the center, poison his Bottle, and exit.

Proceed to the Restrooms and the Toilet where a Guard was previously ambushed. Take his Disguise to unlock the [Chameleon] Challenge.

Return outside and wait. The Assistant will eventually stagger in and go to a Toilet to vomit. Subdue him, hide his body, and take the Car Keys.

Exit the mission using the Pink Car located outside the Town Entrance.

Sniper Assassin [4,000 XP] - The Standard Method:

Bring the Lockpick and place the Sieger 300 Ghost in the Safe House.
Run to the Poster Station and find the Speedboat Key.
Go to the Church Restroom and acquire the Bodyguard Disguise.
Locate Salvatore, knock him out, and hide him to prevent Marco from going to the Harbor.
Go to the Town Hall Square Restrooms, retrieve Emetic Rat Poison from a trash can, and poison the Guard's Glass. Ambush him at the Toilet.
Take the Toilet Key, go to the other Toilet, ambush Salvatore, and hide him.
Use the Lockpick on your Safe House door. Go inside, retrieve the Briefcase.
Go to the Church Pier and enter the Catacombs.
Enter the Church Basement, ambush the Staff person, and hide them in the Closet after opening the door. Destroy the Recorder.
Go to the top of the Church Tower and wait for Marco to take the Main Stage.
Kill Marco with a headshot. You will be seen and shot at.
Quickly climb down the Church Pipe as Guards ascend the Tower.
Reach ground level, climb down to the Church Pier, run into the Church Basement, switch to the Church Staff Disguise, and leave via the Speedboat.

Sniper Assassin [4,000 XP] - The Cheap Method:

Run to the Town Hall Square and get Emetic Rat Poison from a trash can to poison a Guard for the Toilet Key.
After ambushing and hiding Salvatore, go to your Safe House and get the Briefcase.
Return to the Beach Square, go to the Porta-Potties near the Sanguine Shop, and drop the Briefcase in the corner by the Container.
Go to the Pier Wine Booth, subdue the Waiter when he goes to the back, and take his Disguise.
Go to the Church Restrooms and get Emetic Rat Poison.
Go to the Harbor Wine Booth and wait nearby. When the Enforcer is at the west end of the counter, poison Marco's Wine Glass.
Return to the Porta-Potties and wait. Subdue and hide the Photographer when he approaches.
When Marco drinks the poisoned wine after the Main Stage, he will get sick and come to the Porta-Potties. Subdue him, shoot him in the head with your Rifle, and dump him in the Container.
Leave the mission via the Speedboat.
