Restricted Areas:

• Pit Building: Lower floors (Locker Room accessible, Garages not), 1st Floor (Maxwell Rutter's Office restricted without the correct disguise).
• VIP Street Area: 1st Floor of the Kronstadt Paddock is restricted.
• North Section: Hotel is restricted; Emergency Bay area is fully accessible.
• Main Stands Area: Fully accessible, including Press Level and both Overpasses.
• Bayside Center (Outside): Park Food Stands are restricted.
• Bayside Center (Inside): Ground Floor is fully accessible; upper floors are restricted.

Kronstadt Security Disguise:

This disguise, worn by Kronstadt Industries security, is a brown three-piece suit with a walkie-talkie. It offers broad access, with a few exceptions:

• West side: Park Food Stands restricted.
• East side: 1st Floor of Kowoon or Thwack Paddocks restricted.
• Pit Building Ground Floor: Garages outside of Kronstadt's restricted.
• Pit Building 1st Floor: Maxwell Rutter's Office restricted.

Acquiring the Kronstadt Security Disguise:

The easiest way is to sneak into the Storage Room for the Parking Garage Security Area. Alternatively, on the west side, go up the west end of the North Overpass. Enter the Southeast Maintenance Room on the 1st Floor and wait by the sink. Turn on the sink to attract Robert's personal guard. When he turns off the sink, subdue him, hide his body in the nearby closet, and take his clothes. This also makes approaching Robert easier.
