Locations:

The Security Room contains a smaller room known as the Weapons Room.

Northwest of the Foyer is Sakura Sushi, also called the Restaurant. The south half is the Bar, and the north half is the Dining Area. The Sushi Bar is at the north corner, with a door behind it leading outside to Level 0.

East of the Security Room is a passage to the Onsen Hot Springs, referred to as the Spa. The exterior east part is the Springs, with the Spa Restrooms and Sauna at the north corner.

Northeast of the Springs is a passage down to the Clearing, an open area on the northeast side of the facility, extending from the Loading Bay up to Level 2.

North of the Security Room is a covered passage to the GAMA Hospital (the Hospital). The north end of this floor contains the Morgue area, with the large room in the center being the Morgue.

North of the Morgue is the Mortuary Coolers. Southeast of the Mortuary Coolers is the Morgue Security Room. Northwest of the Mortuary Coolers is Organ Storage. West of the Incinerators is Morgue Storage. Northwest of the Incinerators is Stem Cell Supply.

Northwest of Morgue Storage are the West Stairs. At the south end of the Mortuary Coolers are the East Stairs, both leading to upper floors. A door partway up the East Stairs leads outside near the north part of the Clearing.

• Hammer: In the toolbox at the concrete platform next to the Restaurant at the west corner of the Garden.
• Patient Disguise: By the Sink inside the occupied stall in the Foyer Restroom.
• Police Baton: At the south end of the table at the southwest side of the Security Room.

• Disposable Scrambler: Inside the Cabinet near the east corner of the Security Room.
• Fire Extinguisher: On the southeast wall inside the Weapons Room.
• Tactical Bartoli 12G: Leaning against the set of lockers inside the Weapons Room.
• Kitchen Knife: On the back wall behind the Sushi Bar in the Restaurant.
• Cleaver: On the back wall behind the Sushi Bar in the Restaurant.
• Soda Can: On the blue tool box just outside the back door to the Sushi Bar.
• Coin: On the small plate on the back counter behind the Bar.
• Yoga Schedule: On the small table at the platform at the south end of the Springs.
• Soda Can: At the edge of the pool next to the path down to the Clearing at the Springs.
• Shovel: At the nook at the east side of the Clearing.
• Crowbar: Carried by the non-shoveling Handyman in the Clearing.
• Propane Flask: Under the Snowplow in the Clearing.
