Enforcers

Enforcers are targets that can detect disguises. Their number and locations vary by difficulty.

Casual Difficulty

• Hospital Director
• Morgue Doctor (at the Morgue)
• Two in the Rehabilitation Supervisor office (Top Floor of the Hospital)

Professional Difficulty

• Adds six additional Enforcers:
• One in the Garage
• One in the Loading Bay
• Two of the remaining three Morgue Doctors in the Morgue
• One in the Operating Theater at the Hospital
• One inside the Research Department (Top Floor)
• One in the hallway

Master Difficulty

• No additional Enforcers compared to Professional.
• Requires dealing with the Guard in the Rehabilitation Supervisor office before subduing the Surgeon.

Chief Surgeon Disguise

The Chief Surgeon is the main surgeon for the operation. He wears glasses and a red doo-rag. He can access most areas of the Hospital and most areas outside the Hospital, excluding the Kitchen, behind the Sushi Bar, the Foyer Security Room, and Patient Rooms.

Acquiring the Disguise

1. Knock out and hide the Guard in the Helipad Guard Room.
2. Ambush the Pilot for his Disguise and hide him in the same closet.
3. Meet with the Chief Surgeon on the Helipad.
4. Lure him to the Pill Stash in the Guard Room for ambushing.

Enforcers (Chief Surgeon)

Casual Difficulty

• A patrolling Guard in the Clearing
• One in the Loading Bay
• One in the Garage
• The Hospital Director
• Three of the four Morgue Doctors in the Morgue
• One on the Helipad at the Hospital
• Three in the Operating Theater
• One in the Rehabilitation Supervisor office (Top Floor)

Professional Difficulty

• Adds one additional Enforcer: the one patrolling the hallway on the Ground Floor of the Hospital.

Master Difficulty

• Adds one additional Enforcer: one of the Guards on the Mountain Path.
• Requires dealing with the additional patrolling Guard near the Helipad Guard Room first.
• Ambush the Handyman on the Walkway to drag the Pilot's body there, clearing the area to safely lead the Surgeon to the Room.

Hospital Director Disguise

This Disguise grants access to all areas of the facility except Patient Rooms and the Operating Theater. The Director patrols the Restaurant and Garden areas and wears a toupee.

Acquiring the Disguise

1. Have a throwable object ready.
2. Go to the Foyer Restroom.
3. Ambush and hide the wandering patient.
4. The Director will stop outside the restroom.
5. Open the east door and toss the object at the wall near the bonsai tree.
6. When the Director enters, close the door, subdue him, and drag him to an empty stall to take his clothes.

Note: Players can start as a Surgeon at Mastery Level 19 by beginning at the Operating Theater.
