Area: Northeast Corner

• Propane Flask: At a table at the northeast corner inside the Area.
• Scissors: Found in the Area.
• Apricot: On a crate just west of the Area (x2).

Area: Helipad

• Wrench: In a toolbox at the northeast side of the Helipad.
• Helicopter Cargo Manifest: On a barrel at the northwest side of the Helipad.

Area: Franco's Hut

• Cocaine Machine Blueprint: On the table at the northwest corner inside the Hut.
• Botany Lab Keycard: On the table in the center of the Hut.

This area comprises the northeast section of the map. It includes the Beach to the north, the Office building to the west, the Burial Site in the north-center, and the Storage Container to the south. A path to the Altar Cavern and Hippo Enclosure is at the southeast corner.

• Poisonous Frog: On the ground at the end of the bridge.
• Shovel: Near some large pipes just northeast of the bridge, and in the open near the center of the Beach.
• Claw Hammer: On the south side of the flatbed just past the bridge.
• Driftwood Log: At the water's edge at the northeast side of the Beach.
• Brick: On a pallet at the east side of the Beach, and on a pallet on the upper level at the southeast corner of the Burial Site.
• Fire Extinguisher: On the north wall inside the Office.
• Construction Equipment Brochure: On the table at the north side of the Office.
• Soda Can: On the table at the north side of the Office; by a pillar near the southwest corner of the Burial Site; and on a table at the southeast corner of the Construction Site.
• Construction Storage Key: On the table at the south side of the Office (Casual); carried by the Foreman.
• Lethal Poison Pill Jar: Inside the Cabinet at the south side of the Office.
• Crowbar: At a pillar just east of the Burial Site.
• Screwdriver: On the ground by some small lights at the northeast corner of the Burial Site.
