Grab Scissors from your bathroom, then go to Foyer Restrooms.

Eliminate the Patient, lure in the Hospital Director, dump him in the Closet, and take his Disguise.

Go to the Maintenance Room by the Springs. Subdue the Yoga Instructor when he stops to drink. Dump him in the Closet (do not take his Disguise yet).

Go to the Garage for a Wrench, then to the Maintenance Room by the Sauna.

Use the Wrench on the Cold Water to the Springs to clear the area. Close all doors but the center one.

Acquire the Yoga Instructor Disguise. Wait for Yuki to arrive at the Springs.

Talk to Yuki, lead her to the Platform, and start the yoga lesson.

As you perform yoga moves, you'll move closer to the edge. During the 'Tree' pose, push Yuki off to kill her.

Return to the Restrooms to acquire the Jason Portman Disguise.
Go to the door and follow the Doctor to the Rehabilitation Supervisor office. Sit down and let the Surgeon remove the bandages.
