General Method: Eliminate Maya when she is at the Taco Van or west of the Red Barn. Drop your rifle, return to ground level, exit via the west Gate, and leave via the nearby Boat Pier.

The Cheap Method:

Preparation: Bring the Krugermeier, Coins, Phone. Place the Sieger 300 Ghost at the Southeast Small Shed. Start at Demolitions Control.

Initial Steps: Run north to the Garage, grab a Wrench. Go to the small room, place a Coin outside the door, and toss the Wrench inside to lure a Technician. Subdue the Technician when he investigates, take his Shotgun, and dump his body in the nearby Container. Place the Phone on the floor where the Technician was and pick up the Wrench.

Maya Elimination: When Maya heads to the Taco Van, toss the Wrench near the Car Lift Button to lure her. Activate the Phone when she arrives, take cover, and subdue her when she investigates the Phone. Pick up the Phone and the Wrench.

Ezra's Shed: Head to Ezra's Shed. Subdue the exterior Guard when his back is turned. Dump him in the Container and drop your Shotgun. Wait for Ezra to leave, then enter and subdue the interior Guard when he's near the shelving. Dump him in the Closet, take his Disguise and weapon, and hide.

Ezra Elimination: Wait for Ezra to return, subdue him after he passes the Closet, take his keys, and exit through the window.

Mansion Infiltration: Enter the Mansion and go to the Server Room. Drop your Rifle by the door near the Vacuum Cleaner. Stand at the south end of the Server to lure the patrolling Guard. Subdue him and drag him behind the coolers. Turn on the Cleaner to lure the other Guard, subdue him, and drag him to the first Guard.

Security Room & Basement: Go into the Security Room, hide behind crates, and shoot the Recorder. Go into the Basement and subdue the Enforcer, hiding him in the Container.

War Room Hackers: Place the Phone near the Wastebasket at the bottom of the Basement stairs. Go upstairs, activate the Phone, and open the door to lure a Hacker from the War Room. Subdue him behind the pillar, pick up and re-place the Phone, and drag him behind the stairs.

Sean & Penelope: Wait upstairs. When Sean goes to the Clock, activate the Phone and open the door. He should come down. Hide behind the Pillar, knock him out with the Wrench when he reaches the Phone, drag him behind the stairs, and pick up/re-place the Phone.

Final Eliminations: Activate the Phone again. When Penelope is leaving, open the door to lure her down. Subdue her when she reaches the Phone and drag her near Sean. Leave the Mansion and acquire the Briefcase. Go to Maya's position and shoot her with the Rifle. Put the Rifle back in the Briefcase. Go to Ezra's Shed and shoot him. Go into the Mansion Basement and shoot Penelope and Sean.

Mission Exit: Take Sean's body to the Shelter door and use it to leave the mission.
