The Chef, The Doctor, and The Water Scooter:

This run-through aims to acquire most Target kill Challenges and uses multiple game saves. Recommended loadout: Krugermeier, Lockpick, Coins. Place the Sieger 300 Ghost into the Shark Hut Pickup. Start at the Resort Pier.

1. Start at the Resort Pier, run to the water, and head to the Manta Ray Hut.
2. Enter the Bathroom via the back. Place a Coin near the Hatch by the Sink, grab the Fire Extinguisher, and take cover to the right of the Living Room door. The Doctor and servant will be heading to the Bedroom.
3. Once the servant is inside the Bedroom, open the door, toss the Extinguisher in the corner to lure her. Use the Coin to ensure she goes through the door. Subdue her, pick up the Coin, turn on the Sink, and dump her in the Container.
4. Hide behind the wall on the small Patio by the Sink.
5. When the Doctor enters the Living Room, he will be distracted by the Sink. Sneak up behind him after he turns it off, knock him out, and dump him in the Container. Pick up his Stethoscope.
6. Exit the Hut through the Living Room. Run to the Water Activity Center, grab the Wrench off the boat, and go to Natural Beach. Find the people talking about Steven to start [The Water Horse] Mission Story.
7. Enter the Med Clinic, then the Laundry Room. Grab both Irons. Turn on the Radio to lure the Life Guard. Knock him out when he turns it off, dump him in the Container.
8. Go back into the Clinic, shoot the large cabinet to acquire the Modern Emetic Syringe and Lethal Poison Pill Jar.
9. Go to the path north of the Gym Building, into the foliage on the east side to find Emetic Poison Flowers. Lure a patrolling Guard by tossing an object at the Flowers, knock him out, and take his Disguise.
10. Go to the foliage near the east side of the Spa building. Wait for the Masseur to go inside. When the Guard goes to the shore, knock him out, drag him into the foliage, and take his Disguise.
11. Place a Coin on the sand at the bottom of the stairs. When the Masseur comes out and goes for it, stun him and drag him into the foliage.
12. Go inside the Spa. In the northwest massage room (when Ljudmila is not around), use the Emetic Syringe on the female Masseur. She will go to the Gym Building Restrooms. Knock her out there. This is necessary because she is the only Enforcer for the Masseur Disguise.
13. Wait for Ljudmila to return to the Spa, use the Jacuzzi, and exit. Make a game save when she comes close to the Spa again.
14. Trigger Point Therapy: Change into the Masseur Disguise, enter the massage room, and give Ljudmila a massage. Snap her neck when prompted. Reload the save after the notifications appear.
15. Go to the Restaurant Building and up to the Kitchen Pantry. Turn on the Ice Machine to lure a Chef. Knock him out when he turns it off, dump him in the Container. Turn on the Machine again to lure the other Chef. Knock him out, dump him, and take his Disguise.
16. Go up to the Stove. Make another game save as Ljudmila starts coming up the stairs.
17. Hot Sauce!: As she gets close, make the Dish and wait.
