Where to Find the Gloves of Dexterity in BG3

From the starting area, travel north through the Blighted Village, then north to Waukeen’s Rest, and west to a covered bridge. Allow Lae’zel to handle the Githyanki encounter here. Cross the bridge west and exit via the northwestern edge. You may encounter hyenas, gnolls, or goblins en route.

Once in the Mountain Pass, follow the road north towards Rosymorn Monastery. You can find the Trielta Crags waypoint (a marker on your map you've manually placed as a destination) along this road.

To avoid a difficult undead encounter (including Death Shepherds who can revive fallen enemies), turn northeast at the fork, head downhill to a signpost, then north to find a cable car.

Pass a [Strength 15] check to operate the Cable Car Wheel. Alternatively, head northwest to climb down a rocky crag, jump gaps heading north then east, being wary of Repulsion Mines.

You will arrive outside Rosymorn Monastery. The main monastery doors are sealed and cannot be picked.

To enter the monastery: climb knotted roots on the west side, jump across rocky platforms and blast barricades to enter the second floor, or go west from the entrance to jump through smashed windows on the ground floor.

If entering the upper floor, you will fight approximately ten Gremishka. If entering the lower floor, you will encounter inebriated kobolds near flammable alcohol and barrels.

A third entry method: head south from the sealed entrance to a statue, then west, dropping down ledges. Work your way west, then south, then east. Jump gaps to find knotted roots to climb to the eastern edge of the monastery.

Climb up and search near the ruins for a fountain. West of the fountain is a damaged wall to climb, leading to stairs. Descend these stairs, ignore the bust, turn north to find a barricade to the west. Destroy it and go through an Oak Door north to reach the interior. From here, go west then north to find stairs leading down to Creche Y’llek.

Upon reaching Creche Y’llek, allow Lae’zel to speak with the guards.

Head forward to encounter Gish Far’aag; select “Allow Lae’zel to answer.”

Continue through Heavy Oak Doors. Turn right (east) to find the Creche Y’llek waypoint at a hallway fork.

At the waypoint fork, turn right (south), go through a door, and head upstairs to find A’jak’nir Jeera.

Purchase the Gloves of Dexterity from A’jak’nir Jeera, or attempt to steal them.
