Head north from the southern entrance into a chamber with Giant Spiders. Defeat them.

Continue east into a tunnel that leads to a fork.

Take the south tunnel first. In the chamber at the end, lure the Giant Spiders out to fight them in the tunnel mouth. A second group will spawn; defeat them.

A third group, led by a Primal Giant Spider, will appear. Defeat it. Search the chest on the western end for a Token of the Dryad, Camping Supplies and Rations, and other treasure.

Backtrack to the fork and take the northern tunnel.

In the large chamber, you will face numerous Giant Centipedes and two Tremendous Centipedes. Bottleneck them near the tunnel mouth. Be aware of their venomous spit which requires a Fortitude save (DC 19) or inflicts Dexterity damage.

After defeating them, loot a box beside a body for a Potion of Resist Cold and another Token of the Dryad.

Proceed west to another cavern filled with centipedes, including four Tremendous Centipedes. Use area-of-effect spells if possible due to the number of enemies and venom attacks.

After clearing this group, pass a Perception check (DC 20) to notice an ore vein on the northern end.

Loot a chest to the west with a Taldan Warrior's Dog Tag and a Headband of Alluring Charisma +4 (Trickery DC 10).

Exit the cavern by heading south and climbing down a cliff to return to the area's first chamber.
