1. Expedition Intel 1: Clearwater Lifespring

   This first one is pretty straightforward. You'll find it in the southeast part of the Gongaga region, not too far from the first Remnawave Tower you activate. It's in the initial area you explore when you enter Gongaga, just south of that first tower. Keep an eye out!

2. Expedition Intel 2: Fallbasin Lifespring

   Next up is the Fallbasin Lifespring, located near a waterfall in the second major section of Gongaga. Honestly, this one's a breeze to find. The key is to follow the owl that appears nearby – it'll guide you right to it. It's also close to one of the ruined reactors, which can help you orient yourself.

3. Expedition Intel 3: Valefloor Lifespring

   To grab this Lifespring, you'll need your trusty Chocobo! The Valefloor Lifespring is located east of the third Remnawave Tower, also in the second part of the map. You'll need to use the bouncy mushrooms in the area to reach higher ground. Once you've bounced around, follow the owl; it'll lead you down some ledges right to the Lifespring.

4. Expedition Intel 4: Grotto Lifespring

   This Grotto Lifespring can be a little sneaky. You can't just head there directly from the abandoned port. Instead, you'll need to take a path that winds around the cliffs. Travel south from Remnawave Tower Four, and you'll find this Lifespring tucked away inside a small cave. Again, the nearby owl is your best friend here – just follow it!

5. Expedition Intel 5: Holy Ruins Lifespring

   You'll find the Holy Ruins Lifespring in the western part of the second Gongaga map. It's east of a ruined reactor and south of Remnawave Tower Five. To get to it, you'll need to swim over to a small island. Once you're on the island, look for some stairs that lead up to the Lifespring. Following the owl will make finding it much easier.

6. Expedition Intel 6: Cavern Lake Lifespring

   The final Expedition Intel, the Cavern Lake Lifespring, is located east of the Holy Ruins Lifespring, also in the second Gongaga map. It's pretty close to another ruined reactor. This one is inside a cave, so keep your eyes peeled. While you're there, don't forget to grab the nearby Fiend Intel!

Just a heads-up, once you've found four of these Lifesprings, you'll unlock the Great Malboro fight. It's a tough one, so be prepared!
