Exploring Costa Del Sol: Chapter 6

Guide to Chapter 6 of Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, covering Costa Del Sol. Includes minigame walkthroughs for Pirate's Rampage, Card Carnival, Run Wild, Cactuar Caper, piano, and wheelie challenges, plus Grasptropod boss strategy.

Walkthrough

1. 1
   Upon arriving in Costa Del Sol, attempt to check into The Royal Coast Hotel. When it's fully booked, head northwest to the Costa Del Sol Resort. Since they only take reservations, exit and Johnny will offer his hotel.

   Follow Johnny to his hotel. After listening to him, enter your room and then go back out into town.

   Head north to participate in Pirate's Rampage to earn tickets. Aim for 10,000 points to progress the story; more points are needed for all rewards.

   Go to the docks and speak with the Amusement Attendant to start the Card Carnival challenges, which are Queens Blood puzzles with preset boards.

   After completing minigames, visit a booth to change into beachwear. Choose the Wild Surf outfit to increase chances of a date scene with Tifa, or Ocean Chocobo for Aerith.

   Head to the beach, where you will switch to playing as Aerith.

   Go to Tifa's room and wait for her, then return to town to farm more tickets.

   Head southwest to play Run Wild.

   Go to the dock to trigger a cutscene and start the Cactuar Caper minigame, where you must photograph cactuar stickers.

    Enter The Royal Coast Hotel, approach Andrea, and interact with the piano to play a piece for the Royal Coast Concert.

    Go to the southernmost point of the street and speak with the wheelie store employee. Find two Red, two Blue, and two Yellow Wheelies and return them to charging stations for the Wheelie Rendezvous.

    After completing Aerith and Tifa's minigames, purchase outfits with tickets and change into beachwear. Meet Cloud on the beach.

    Follow Hojo to trigger a cutscene. You will need to choose to assist either Aerith and Barret or Tifa and Red XIII to increase your chances of a date scene with your chosen party member.

    Defeat the enemies that appear.

• Wheelies can be found around Costa del Sol.
• When fighting Grasptropod, keep moving and use synergy skills. Pressure the boss with Focused Thrust or Strike, then stagger it to deal maximum damage with limit breaks, lightning spells, and attacks like Braver.
• To counter Grasptropod's Drill Run, hold block.
• If hit by Sublimated Toxin, use Esuna or an Antidote.
• For Pulse Blaster, run to the side of the boss or block.
• For Laser Saber, block or dodge.

Completing minigames earns tickets which can be used to purchase beachwear. Choosing specific beachwear outfits influences potential date scenes. Assisting certain party members during the Hojo event also increases the chance of a date scene with them. The Grasptropod boss fight is a mandatory story progression event.
