1. Expedition Intel 1: Gulch Lifespring

   This one's pretty straightforward. Head northeast from Kamaria's Ranch. Keep an eye out for a narrow path to your right, just past the Chocobo intel marker. Take that path, and you'll find the Lifespring waiting for you.

2. Expedition Intel 2: Templeway Lifespring

   For this Lifespring, make your way southeast of the Crimson Earth Tower. Your goal is Gliding Range No. 31 (-21 m). Use it to glide over to the brick wall on your left. Head up the stairs from there, and you'll find the Lifespring inside the Ancient Baths.

3. Expedition Intel 3: Dawnvale Lifespring

   This Lifespring is southeast of the Dried Oasis Tower. You'll want to find the wind current generator south of the tower. Use it to glide over to the wooden platform in the southeast. Once you land, take the right path, and you'll spot the Lifespring tucked away in a small hole in the wall.

4. Expedition Intel 4: Blustercave Lifespring

   This one involves a bit more gliding. Start at Gliding Range No. 6 (-71 m), southeast of the Ancient Capital Tower. Glide across the small gap, then walk up the hill to Gliding Range No. 9 (-55 m). Jump off the ramp and glide southwest to a platform. Head up the stairs to Gliding Range No. 13 (-88 m). Use this to glide to the opposite side, then immediately use Gliding Range No. 14 (-90 m) to reach the cliff. Follow the path, and you'll see an opening leading to the Lifespring just before Gliding Range No. 15 (-94 m).

5. Expedition Intel 5: Shrouded Ruins Lifespring

   This Lifespring is located directly above the Spiritwastes Tower, which is at the northernmost point of the map. You'll need to use Gliding Range No. 26 (-67 m) and Gliding Range No. 28 (-112 m) to ascend the cliff. Then, use Gliding Range No. 29 (-103 m) to reach a platform. Use that same Gliding Range No. 29 (-103 m) again and glide all the way across, using current generators to maintain momentum. The Lifespring is hiding behind an archway above the tower.

6. Expedition Intel 6: Plateau Ruins Lifespring

   You'll find this Lifespring in the Cosmo Range Ruins. The easiest way to get to the general area is from the Ancient Capital Tower.
