Navigate Yoyogi Park in Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne HD Remaster. Decide whether to keep Pixie or take the Ankh Magatama, and prepare for your journey to Shibuya.
Alright, so you've made it to Yoyogi Park. Think of this place as a quick pit stop before the real action kicks off. You've got a choice to make here regarding your little Pixie friend.
As soon as you step in, Pixie will ask if you want to go your separate ways. If you tell her no, she'll offer to stick with you permanently. If you agree to split up, she'll ask if you're sure you can handle things alone, and then she'll leave, but not empty-handed. She'll give you the Ankh Magatama as a parting gift.
Now, here's the deal with the Ankh Magatama: you can actually buy it later in the game. So, it's really up to you whether you want to keep Pixie around or take the Magatama. If you're playing the original 'vanilla' version of Nocturne, I'd lean towards ditching Pixie for the Ankh Magatama. Pixies are pretty common, and you can level them up easily enough – you could even grab another one right here if you wanted. The Ankh Magatama, though, is something you won't be able to purchase until much later, after you've slogged through a few more dungeons.
However, if you're playing the Maniacs version (or the HD Remaster which includes those features), I'd actually suggest the opposite. Keep Pixie! And don't you dare get rid of her. Why? Because this specific Pixie is the key to unlocking a special area way, way late in the game. In that area, she gets a massive power boost, turning her into an absolute monster on the battlefield. Yeah, she'll be dead weight in your party for a good chunk of the game, but trust me, the payoff is totally worth it.
While you're in Yoyogi Park, don't forget there's a Healing Spring if you need to top off your HP and MP. You'll also find out that the person who escaped the hospital was last seen heading towards Shibuya. So, after you've made your decision about Pixie, head south towards Shibuya.
Maniacs Note: If you're playing the Maniacs version and have imported a save from a previous playthrough, you'll definitely want to visit the Healing Spring here. The NPC there will boost all of your stats. The amount of the boost depends on how many times you've completed the game on that save file. You'll get at least +1 to all stats, and then an additional +1 for each completed playthrough, capping out at +5 to all stats. Pretty sweet deal!
