Alright, so you've just dealt with Futomimi and Chiaki's making her big entrance with Baal Avatar. It's a pretty wild scene, right? Chiaki's got all this Magatsuhi and she's ready to build her own world, but she's not the only one with big plans. There's another player moving in Ginza, and Hikawa's also after a massive chunk of Magatsuhi himself.

Your next move is to head over to Ginza. Once you're there, you'll find the Datenshi are back and talking about Hikawa's quest for Magatsuhi to forge his own world. Swing by the bar and have a chat with the Nyx. She'll fill you in that Nihilo, Hikawa's crew, is gunning for a huge amount of Magatsuhi located at the Tokyo Government Building. To get a better lead, a Shinnentai near the bar will mention seeing Nihilo demons hanging around Tokyo Tower, close to Yurakucho Station.

So, make your way to Yurakucho Station. It's located north of Tokyo Tower, and you'll find it near the back entrance to Nihilo HQ. Keep your eyes peeled, as this is where things start to heat up with Nihilo's plans.
