Alright, so you've made some choices that have put you on the path to the Musubi ending. This next part is pretty straightforward, but it's a key moment that locks you into that path – it's called the Musubi Kotowari Event.

How to Trigger It:

Basically, you need to have a good standing with Musubi. The game tracks this with 'Musubi points.' If you've got at least 32 of them, or if you've already triggered the 'Musubi Kotowari Event Flag' from a previous choice, this event will kick off. Isamu will be there and he'll tell you that you've gathered enough Magatsuhi. He wants you to summon the Musubi Guardian deity, and he asks you to do the honors by, uh, dumping Hijiri into the Magatsuhi pool. Yeah, it's a bit wild.

Your Choice:

When Isamu asks if you're willing to do it, you have two options:

• Say Yes: If you agree to dump Hijiri, she'll thank you for the entertainment and wish you good luck. This officially locks you into 100% alignment with Musubi. As long as you don't go out of your way to heavily align with other Kotowari, you're on track for the Musubi ending. Even if you have points with other factions, if Musubi has the highest score, you'll still get this ending.
• Say No (Refuse): If you refuse to dump Hijiri, Isamu will get a little annoyed. He thinks you're being stubborn about Hijiri's friendship and decides to do the dumping himself. If you pick this option, you won't be able to get the Musubi ending, no matter what else you do. So, if you're aiming for Musubi, make sure you go through with it!

This event is a pretty clear signpost. Your decisions from here on out will really cement your alignment and determine which of the game's endings you'll ultimately see.
